Bazar Connect - express bazar Policies for All Users:

Here we are providing some guidelines on behalf of expressbazar.in to create a trusted & safe shopping environment for all our members. To promote the local businesses to the local customers and broad level clients� a safe and loyal business reinforcement express bazar enforces these general polices and rules.

There are many items that are restricted to be sold online at Bazar Connect - express bazar, such as liquor, adult content/material, and banned items etc. Find out the list of banned and restricted items.

Vendors are not eligible to be a part of the express bzar affiliate program. Any direct or indirect association with an affiliate will be a violation of policy and shall lead to permanent suspension of the merchant�s account.

Intellectual Property violation - expressbazar.in has zero tolerance for any intellectual property violations. In case of any violation we will take appropriate action as soon as such violations are brought to our notice.

Our policies are implemented to focus on the followings

��������� Suspension of account for wrong practice.

��������� Listing policies for proper products showcasing and authentications.

��������� Imposition of Penalty amount is decided at the sole discretion of expressbazar.in. This penalty amount is a /Compensation for any default made by the merchant.

Restrictions of� Products on selling:�

Please note that Vendors / sellers are responsible for any legal issues and other liabilities arising if they are trying to sell the below mentioned items at expressbazar.com. The Product listings will be cancelled or not authorize to upload into the website within 24 hours after we come to know about such occurrence.

�

��������� Alcohol or alcoholic beverages i.e. liquor, beer, wine or champagne, etc.

��������� Misuse of brand name for any products listed on sale.

��������� Virtual products related to software, email list, customer�s data etc.

��������� Abusive or Adult materials i.e. pornography, pictures, escorts etc.

��������� Unauthorized copyrighted materials which may not not be existed at present.

��������� Drugs and drug paraphernalia which includes illegal drugs and drug accessories, including herbal drugs like saliva and magic mushrooms

��������� Ammunition, firearms, explosive materials or such products like these.

��������� Hacking tools, or materials, virtual codes.

��������� Miracle cures or quick health fixes, remedies or other items like these.

��������� Other promotional Items without authorization.

��������� Tobacco, cigarettes related items.

��������� Event Tickets without authorized permissions.

��������� Work at home scams promotions.

��������� Items which has not any legal documentation / stolen items.

��������� Chemical/industrial solvents, government uniforms, car titles or logos, license plates, police badges and law enforcement equipment.

��������� Any kind of services which is not related to the products for selling online.

Keyword Spamming Links Policy:

Inappropriate keyword or brand name in product listings or Keyword spamming is not permitted on expressbazar.in, We don't allow links to non-expressbazar.in sites or content where other items are offered for sale.� In case of keyword spamming links or violation of this policy may cause the following actions

��������� Product listings cancellation

��������� Account suspension.

��������� Featured vendor status to be loosen.

��������� may also result in a legal action against the Seller.

Pricing Policy:

Fair pricing is the key aspects between the buyers and sellers to maintain the good business relationship and a healthy transaction flow� at expressbazar.in.

Please note that we are constantly monitoring prices for each Vendors or sellers at various channels and do not allow the seller to price their products at higher prices at expressbazar.in vs. other channels such as their own retail store, their own Website (if any) or any other 3rd party retail stores or Websites. You should price your items sold at express bazar to be same as the lowest rate you are selling at elsewhere or even lower but it should not be more. Violation of our pricing policy will result into warning notices and can also result into account suspension and/or store suspension.

Please note the trust you build with your buyers will go away if you artificially start showing higher MRP, so that the selling price appears to be much better deal vs. what it actually is. Artificially increasing MRP is strictly prohibited at express bazar and any violation will result into account suspension.

�Customer Communication Policy :

Sellers/merchants at expressbazar.in are prohibited to engage in direct communication with buyers for any pre-sale, order, payments, shipping, post-sale or returns related matters. Vendors are also not allowed to engage in direct or indirect marketing, communication with buyers at express bazar. For specific product inquiries, warranties, shipping/delivery etc. Bazar Connect - express bazar can intermediate the communication between buyer and sellers. However, sellers should not be engaged in communication with the buyers.
