Cancellation Policies:
BazarConnect - express bazar�is promising its customers to purchase best products and ensure safe delivery within the said time frame by maintain Govt. safety policy with proper hygiene. However, You can raise cancellation your order if you make a wrong product choice or ordered mistakenly and it will be processed by the following terms.
��������� Log in to your express bazar �my account� option.
��������� Go to my order pages press �cancel� order button.
��������� Select �Reason for cancellation� the order.
��������� Then �Cancel order�.
Important notes:
��������� If it is Prepaid order, the paid amount will be refunded to you according to our Refund Policy.
��������� The cancellation request will only be granted before the order shipments status is being updated, after order is processes it can�t be cancelled.
��������� Modify the Order: you can modify your order such as, change of quantity/size/ weight before dispatch subject to the availability with the merchant.
��������� After dispatch any modification of order or cancellation will be initiated as per the return/replacement policy.
Order cancellation/modification by express bazar:
In some sort of points Bazar Connect - express bazar or the Merchant can raise order cancellation request as per the following conditions.
��������� The ordered product is out of stocks
��������� Incorrect pricing or description with the available products.
��������� Non serviceability of the products on the buyer�s serviceable area.
��������� Suspicious payment confirmation through the payment fraud avoidance department.
��������� Restriction of the offers and discounts quantity limit.
��������� In case of non-availability of service area or products from a respective merchants express bazar can modify the same order to any another merchant with the servicing area parameters. For prepaid orders If the service requirement doesn�t meet merchants criteria then the paid amount will be refunded to the customer accounts according to our refund policy.

Return Policy:
How to claim for return/replacement:
Here after order dispatched and received by the buyer the they can return the product only on the delivery time at the following conditions:
Terms & conditions for return/replacement claim:
��������� Product features � If the product quantity/size/weight is unmatched.
��������� Product mismatched � If there is wrong product delivered.
��������� Damaged / defective � If the product found damaged or defective which delivered.
��������� Below satisfactory level � If the product found low quality/ expired.
Missing items � If there are some missing parts which described on purchase.
Categories with non-return or replacement terms:
��������� Grocery all items,� fresh vegetables, perfumes, baby care, makeup, skin care products, seeds & live plats, Fish & meat, innerwear & lingerie, socks, Nutrition & healthcare products, men�s & women�s grooming products, and other products which is marked as non-refundable.
After the delivery done the products can't be returned.
Refund Policy:
Bazar Connect - express bazar�always cares for their esteem customers and we have a quick & easy refund policy. For claiming the refund customers should note the following terms.
��������� Refunds can be initiated when a prepaid orders has been cancelled before the dispatch from the merchants ends as per our cancellation policy.
��������� If the product has been returned or� keep in knowledge to the delivery staffs for any discrepancy�on the time of delivery�as per our return /replacement policy.
��������� The refund will only be initiated after the product has been successfully returned into express bazar stores and delivered to the merchant.
��������� The refund amount will be credited to the buyers account within the next 2-3 days after the product returned as per return policy depending on the payment mode.
��������� The refund process might be declined, if the product order id is mismatched or missing of the essential tags as per return/replacement policy.
��������� Refund amount is only be the amount of the product paid by the buyers which is excluded the gift coupons, discounts, delivery charges and all.
��������� After the refund process has been initiated we will send the updates through mail, whatsap and sms to track about the process. Customer can also contact us through live chat support from the website for further clarification.
